Guest Rewards Program

We believe at Serenity Salon & Spa in rewarding our clients for being a part of our culture and our clients who visit frequently. You will receive points when you try new services, pre-booking your next service or for referring a friend to our salon and spa.  You may check the amount of points you have accumulated at any time and your points never expire.

Points and Rewards

• 150 points for referring a friend
• 70 points for pre-booking appointments (first time only)
• 30 points for pre-booking appointments (existing clients only)
• 20 points for booking appointments online

On-line Booking

We now offer the convenience of on-line booking. You can book an appointment 24/7, view your history, and check the accumulation of your points. If you have any questions, please notify your service provider or our staff. Your username is your e-mail address and serenity is your password. Once you log on you may change your password at any time.

Your points never expire and can be redeemed towards any service.
